Villa for Rent in Spain
This amazing house is in Javea, Costa Blanca, Spain. The tranquillity of the area and the climate ensure that it is enjoyable throughout the year. Javea is an unusual town. It has a beautiful sandy beach and a good nightlife, yet it retains an absence of high rise hotels and apartments. There are a couple of High Quality hotels and the National Parador, but mainly exclusive villas set in the surrounding countryside.
The Area
The area boasts some of the best water sports facilities in Spain, with diving, jet skiing, sailing and water skiing available. The area abounds with rocky coves and beautiful seascapes. Yet there are an abundance of good quality bars and restaurants within minutes of the house with the beach offering an amazing selection of food and drink for all tastes.
Nearby
The house is equidistant to all the amenities, being 10 minutes from the ancient Old Town, Beach or unspoilt Port areas. Moraira is also just 10 minutes or so away, which offers a change of scene if needed! It is easy to pop into the mountain area for an afternoon trip and sample some of the ‘real’ Spain, or to head to the busy tourist areas just along the coast. We are approximately 1 hour from both Valencia and Alicante airports, whilst Murcia is around 11/2 hours away, so there is a good choice of airport destinations which should help to reduce costs.
The house can be rented for any period and not just Saturday to Saturday, for the same reason (no hefty weekend premiums!)
