Villa Details
This is a first class 4 bedroomed villa in Alborada, Javea. The house is adjacent to the 9 hole Javea Golf course, which is open to you all year round. It has an excellent and reasonable bar! Alborada is a beautiful area with pine trees and green hills surrounding you. There are few immediate neighbours and you can rely on a peaceful night!
The house is set in large lawned grounds (almost half an acre) with a huge 12x5metre swimming pool, which can be heated for the cooler months and has roman steps at one end and ladder at the other. The pool is very shallow at one end making it perfect for young children. The garden boasts an enormous purpose built barbeque and all is totally secure with electric gates, fencing and hedging. Gardeners and pool men take care of everything every week.
The house has an annexe which houses one of the bedrooms and shower rooms, whist the main house has 3 further bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen and utility rooms are fully equipped with, washing machine, tumble dryer, dishwasher, microwave, hob and oven, fridge and freezer. This house is also a home and so has masses of utensils, pots, pans and dishes….even food mixers and blenders.
The sitting and dining rooms are equipped with satellite TV offering UK terrestrial programs, including BBC1 ITV etc. There is an expensive CD system and also DVD and Video players. Although the house has full gas fired central heating for the winter there is also a wood burner in the sitting room for cooler nights when you don’t need the heating. In addition there is air conditioning in every room for the hot August weather. All the windows have mosquito nets.
The terraces are both covered (the naya) and open and there are 2 tables provided for outside use together with an additional table for use in the inside naya, so there are 3 dining possibilities in addition to the traditional dining room. There are sun loungers around the pool and garden.
There are 3 twin bedrooms and 1 double bedroom. All linen for use in the house is provided and, for lets of over 1 week, a bathroom and kitchen clean is provided together with a linen change. We have 2 cots and a high chair for your use if you bring young children.
We can supply anything you may need on arrival if you let us know and we will only charge the cost of the goods supplied This is a truly beautiful house with old world charm and modern convenience. It has been maintained to the highest standard and is a much loved family home.
